about

This Buddhist prayer
is famous in Tibet.
Norbu learnt it in school.
When he was invited
to participate in this
album project, he decided
to share this message
of hope and solidarity
with those who had to
flee and adapt to a new
environment. Born in the
mountains in Nepal in
a family who fled from
Tibet, Norbu learnt to
play Tibetan musical
instruments in school,
but it was his mother
who imbued him with
her passion for the flute.
Apart from music he
also studied Tibetan
philosophy, which is a
great source of artistic
inspiration for him.

lyrics

"May all sentient beings
have happiness and its
causes.
May all sentient beings be
free from suffering and
its causes.
May all sentient beings
not be separated from
sorrowless bliss.
May all sentient beings
abide in equanimity, free
from bias,
attachment, and anger"
